Introduction and acceptance of terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the RomoTech website located at https://archeromodapk.art/ (the “Site”) and any content, tools, features or services offered through the Site (collectively, the “Service”). By visiting, browsing, using, submitting content to, or otherwise interacting with the Site, each visitor (“User”, “you”) agrees to be bound by these Terms. If a User does not agree with any part of these Terms, the User must not access or use the Site.
Operator and contact information
The Site is operated under the name RomoTech. References in these Terms to RomoTech, our mean the operator of the Site. For inquiries, support, privacy or data requests, or other communications, please use the Site’s contact page at Contact Form Page. All notices, requests, and other communications related to these Terms should be submitted through that contact form unless otherwise specified.
Eligibility and user accounts
Certain features of the Site may require account registration. Users represent and warrant that they meet any age or legal requirements applicable in their jurisdiction for creating an account and entering into a binding agreement. Users who are under the minimum age required by local law must not access or use the Site. When registration is required, Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information and must maintain and promptly update any information provided. Account credentials are personal and confidential. Users are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account. Prompt notification to RomoTech via the contact page is required in the event of any suspicion of unauthorized use of an account or other security breach. RomoTech is not liable for losses resulting from failure to comply with these obligations.
License to use Site content
Subject to the User’s compliance with these Terms, RomoTech grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view, access, and personally use the public content on the Site for non-commercial, informational, and educational purposes only. All content on the Site, including text, graphics, images, audio, video, code, and design elements (collectively “Site Content”), is owned or licensed by RomoTech and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. No right, title, or interest in the Site Content is transferred to the User except for the limited license expressly granted in these Terms. Any use of Site Content beyond what is permitted here, including reproduction, distribution, public display, creation of derivative works, or commercial exploitation, requires prior written permission from RomoTech.
User submissions and contributions
Users may submit text, images, video, code snippets, comments, tips, guest posts, or other materials to the Site (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, the User grants RomoTech a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, perform, and display the User Content in connection with the Site and RomoTech’s business, including promotional purposes and publication on other media. The User represents and warrants that the User owns the User Content or otherwise has the necessary rights to submit it and to grant the license set forth above. The User further represents and warrants that the User Content does not infringe any third party rights and does not violate any law. RomoTech may, but is not obligated to, review, edit, refuse, remove, or moderate User Content at its discretion. Content posted to public areas of the Site is visible to other Users and search engines; Users should avoid including sensitive personal data in public submissions.
Prohibited conduct
Users must not use the Site for unlawful purposes or in a manner that harms others. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, posting or transmitting content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive, invasive of privacy, discriminatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable; transmitting malware, spam, or other harmful code; impersonating persons or entities or forging messages; attempting to access restricted areas of the Site or reverse-engineer the Site’s code or services; scraping or harvesting Site Content by automated means without RomoTech’s prior written consent; and attempting to interfere with the operation or security of the Site. RomoTech may suspend or terminate access for any User who engages in prohibited conduct and may take legal action as appropriate.
Links to third-party sites and external services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by RomoTech. Those links are provided for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement by RomoTech of the content, products, or services on those sites. RomoTech has no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites and is not responsible for any damages or losses arising from a User’s interaction with third parties. Use of any third-party services integrated with the Site is subject to the applicable third-party terms and privacy policies.
Paid services, fees and refund policy
If the Site offers paid products, subscriptions, or premium content, the terms and pricing for such services will be provided at the point of purchase. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers and is governed by the payment provider’s terms. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, fees are non-refundable. RomoTech reserves the right to modify pricing, to add or remove paid features, and to discontinue paid offerings at any time. Changes in pricing will not affect subscriptions already purchased for the paid period that has commenced.
Copyright policy and DMCA takedown procedure
RomoTech respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects Users to do the same. If a User believes that material on the Site infringes a copyright owned or controlled by that User, the User may submit a notification of claimed infringement. The notification should be submitted via the Site’s contact page and must include sufficient information to permit RomoTech to identify the allegedly infringing material, the location of the material on the Site, and evidence that the complainant is the owner or an authorized agent of the owner of the copyrighted work. The notification must include a statement that the complainant has a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that the complainant is authorized to act on behalf of the owner. Upon receipt of a valid notification, RomoTech will respond in accordance with applicable law, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content and notifying the party who posted the content. RomoTech will also respond to valid counter-notifications submitted by Users in accordance with applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RomoTech and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the Site or any content thereon, even if RomoTech has been advised of the possibility of such damages. RomoTech’s aggregate liability for claims arising from these Terms or the use of the Site is limited to the amount, if any, paid by the User to RomoTech for use of paid services in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100), whichever is greater.
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RomoTech and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and contributors from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to the User’s violation of these Terms, the User’s User Content, or the User’s negligent or willful misconduct.
Termination and suspension
RomoTech may suspend, restrict, or terminate a User’s access to the Site or delete User Content at any time and for any reason, including suspected violations of these Terms or for reasons of safety, security, or legal compliance. Termination of access does not affect rights and obligations that accrued prior to termination. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law provisions, will survive termination.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operator of the Site. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site shall be resolved in the courts competent in the jurisdiction where the Site operator is established, subject to mandatory local consumer law provisions. Where required by applicable law, Users located in certain jurisdictions may have additional rights and remedies.
Changes to the Terms
RomoTech may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after posted changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are responsible for reviewing these Terms regularly to stay informed of updates.
Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and RomoTech concerning the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective unless made in writing by RomoTech.
